Hotel Policy:

• The rates provided in the Tariff sheet and hence the final booking amount should be confirmed with the Reservation Desk before confirmation of any booking.
• 100% payment facility
• Guests must present photo ID at the time of check-in.
• Guest must be 18 years or above to check-in at the hotel.
• Failure to check-in at the hotel will attract total cost of stay at the hotel.
• Check-in time: 11 am &Check out: 10 am.
• Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, driver food and room service will be handed directly at the hotel.
• 50% of the total booking amount has to be made to confirm the booking. Remaining 50% of the total booking amount has to be made at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

• No penalty shall be charged for cancellation before 7 days prior to check-in date.
• Complete or partial cancellation made within 3-7 days prior to check-in date will attract 25% of the entire booking amount for that night/s as cancellation charge.
• No show & complete or Partial cancellation made within 3 days prior to check-in date will attract the cost of entire booking amount for that night/s as cancellation charge.
